Manage Monthly Call Usage with Rollover Minutes

What are Rollover Minutes?

Rollover minutes are unused minutes in your call forwarding plan that accumulate from month to month. If you don’t use all of your allotted minutes during a particular month, the remaining minutes will roll over and be available for use in the following months at no extra cost.

How do I Accumulate Minutes?

Rollover minutes accumulate every month and carry over from month to month for up to 6 billing periods. You accumulate minutes when you use fewer minutes than the minutes included in your international call forwarding plan. For example, you have a toll free number in the UK with a call forwarding plan that has 520 minutes included. One month you only use 430 minutes, you will accumulate 90 rollover minutes from that month. The accumulated 90 minutes will carry over to the next month and will apply to your account if you exceed your included monthly minutes.

When Do I Start Accumulating Minutes?

You begin to accumulate rollover minutes at the end of your second billing period. The rollover minutes that you accumulate with your call forwarding plan will expire after 6 billing periods. For instance, unused minutes in January are available for use until August 1st, or they will expire.

How Can I Get Rollover Minutes For a Service Line?

New customers:
To add rollover to your call forwarding service line(s), select the rollover option that corresponds to the plan you selected on the ‘View Rates’ page. Then, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button to complete your call forwarding order.

Existing customers:
If you are already a call forwarding customer, log in to your online Control Panel. Then click ‘View/Change Plans’ next to the call forwarding service line that you want to add rollover.

The view/change plans pop-up window will open. Under the call forwarding plan update view, select the rollover option that corresponds with your existing call forwarding plan and click ‘Upgrade’ to activate the rollover feature.

Note: Any changes to your existing plan will take effect on the 1st day of the following month.

Where Can I Check My Minutes Balance?

You can check and stay up-to-date about your available rollover minute balance and monthly calling usage through our Control Panel. Simply log in with your username and password.
